How come the manufacturer puts stickers on the back window that lose their ink as soon as you spray Windex on them?

I've been busy most of the day working on a computer/printer issues and thus I'm happy it's now fixed. Now,,,,,,,,,,, I need to reset the drivers on another two laptops and the iPad before I'm done. However I'll do that later tonight or tomorrow.
