jump over a small item? well lets say I tried it over a little stick or block and did not land gracefully

play hockey? Yes I played ball hockey/street hockey on roller skates with the kids when they were young. Whole families got involved on a Friday and Saturday night. We put fold-able lawn chairs up and enjoyed playing til it got dark. Those were the good old times.
stop without crashing into something? Ice skates definitely while on roller blades it is harder for me to stop while rolling down a driveway for example

As well Erich Kästner children books,Karl May and his adventure books,Wilhelm Bush and the list goes on

When I arrived here in Canada I had to read in high school Lord Of The Flies by William Golding,Catcher In The Rye by J.D Salinger,The Great Gatsby by F. Of the classics, I liked 1984, Hiroshima, Lord of The Flies, Fahrenheit 451, Animal Farm, Brave New World and Darkness at Noon.
