I've done some research and the property values there are pretty rocky, and there was one mention of the market being flooded on a regular basis.

That cottage is not by the river. It is on the river. And the river is in the Balkin Islands in Serbia. I believe it to be the Kupa River but it might be the Sava River.

Now how did I know that?

I read the same thing in my cliff notes so I won't take it for granite and this is not a bluff. Alas, It looks like the stoners who bought this house cried themselves a river.
