Very cool for an August day with several rain showers coming across us

We have had chilly temperatures and fog, fog and more fog all month long. That's not unusual for San Francisco, but it sure is tiresome. We normally get our "summer" weather in September and October.

We are headed into a most beautiful day. A break from the rains with some sunshine and a high of 77°.

Currently a very comfortable 74, and would be sunny if not for the heavy layer of wildfire smoke in the air, visibility reduce to less than 3 miles.

It's a gorgeous day here on the plateau. Started out in the low 50's and will soon make it to the low to mid 70's. Lots of sunshine today.
