Back and/or knee pain are the worst for me. Over the years I overdid myself with lifting and kneeling while working for the company, now I’m paying the price. I don’t do any heavy lifting and seldom kneel down anymore.

i did a lot of heavy work this week and let me tell ya every bone in my body aches.. i felt like a mack truck ran over me twice!! i'm one of those kinda people that likes to try to do everything by myself so i must pay the piper
I'm so lucky I don't suffer from headaches. I had them frequently when I was a kid...especially when I was going through puberty. Over the years I had one every month...part of the PMS thing...since I went through 'the change' I haven't had a headache...going on 4 years now! (Well, unless you count that horrendous hangover headache I had back in August '06)
The only pain I have to speak of is the one in my left knee, but that only happens sporadically and lasts for a day or two when it does hurt.
I am blessed and eternally grateful for everyday I live and don't have an ache or pain.
The most annoying pain that I have right now is the arthritis in my left knee, which ranges from a mild annoyance to moderate discomfort depending on the weather and what I've been doing lately.
Throughout my lifetime, though, the worst was the pain I had in my right hip for the decade or so before I had total hip replacement surgery at age 39. My right hip socket never formed fully, so that instead of being a cup-shaped thing, it was just a shallow depression in the bone. My weight was all riding right on the top edge of that shallow depression, and by the time I was in my mid 20s, the cartilage had started to wear away. When I finally broke down and went to an orthopedic doc in my late 30s, I had no cartilage left in the joint, just bone grating on bone, and a huge cyst had formed in the bone just above the joint. Living with that was mighty uncomfortable, and I am enormously grateful to be living at a time when joint replacement surgery is available; once I recovered from the surgery, I haven't slowed down since.
Foot pain. I have metarsalgia which is an inflammation between the ball of the foot and toes. The toes are somewhat impacted as they do not wiggle much. I'm getting custom orthotics for this in a few weeks.
Some days are better than others, and ibuprofen helps too.
