Last night before I went to bed, I was afraid I would forget to do something I needed to get done today. So, I put a pack of gum near the bathroom sink. I knew when I saw it this morning....it would remind me of something I needed to get done today.
I used to make myself notes on the fridge, but it seems I don't always look at them. So, I now put things in a different spot than normal....so it will catch my eye the next day.....thus becoming a reminder.
How do you remind yourself of something you need to remember?
I think about in my mind over and over again, and sometimes I make a list or ask someone to remind me. Hey sometimes I just forget till I think of it again...
I stick the note with a rubber band around the door knob.
