Something wants me to suffer.
Last night I woke up feeling crappy, took some nyquil and then proceeded to throw up not long after.
Woke up with a migraine this morning, hot shower didn't work, I can't keep anything down and everytime I cough it turns into a coughing fit, then I puke.
A lot and it sounds like a really dry squeaky cough. Occasionally you can hear stuff in my lungs when I cough but usually its just like really dry sounding.
And last night and this morning I was coughing so bad till I puked.

Eh, I think I am starting to get better.
It still hurts to swallow but I am feeling a little better but that might be the wine speaking. I had a glass tonight, took a hot shower before bed and two advil, who knows I may wake up again feeling like death is breathing down my neck.
It's not whooping cough. I don't whoop when I cough.
So it's either viral pharyngitis or strep but who knows. I have had both before, I just can't tell which one it feels like more.

Because you said that you feel like death is breathing down your neck. Sounds pretty serious.
