The Hell on Earth Known as Justice

This is the most relatable article I've read in years.

Been there, done that and lived to tell the tale.

Even without any daughters I thought that was hysterical. And recognized myself as the woman in the yoga pants for non-existent yoga.

The flip side of that is:

I had a very similar experience biting my tongue when my 9 yr old son spent $100 (I think received for his First Communion ) on one pair of...skateboard shoes at a store that sold ear gauges, and t-shirts with questionable slogans and seemed to employ only guys I felt fairly comfortable couldn't pass a drug test and addressed everyone as "dude".

But yeah, it was definitely a bit easier on the senses. Thankfully, no overwhelming scent of "Axe" everywhere. And no glitter.....

Shopping with tweens who suddenly have their own money is .....an " interesting" parenting milestone.

My husband and I laughed so hard we could barely breathe. It's been a difficult evening (nothing serious, I'm just irked with a neighbor), and I needed some stress relief. That blog post was just the ticket!

I used to work for justice.
I was so good at sales at that job its what led me to want to work in commission.
I'd get the rich parents of XXXXXX,XX coming in to shop and "get a few things" and they'd walk about with $500 worth of clothes.
