If the accident was the other person's fault, their insurance would be covering your medical and might very well include theraputic massage.
If the accident was your fault and you have no medical insurance, you might take this as an example why even young, healthy people should be carrying health insurance. Especially now that it is available and you're telling us about how much $$ you're making right?
