Water. I remember taking a supplement called fenugreek when my son was born. My supply didn't seem great with him. When my daughter came along 22 months later there was a lot more. Not sure why. Just how it worked out.

I also faced the problem of a small amount of breast milk. I have heard about herbs that can be drunk during breastfeeding. These herbs stimulate the flow of milk, but this method did not work for me, moreover, I felt all sorts of side effects from taking the herbal tincture. As a result, I replaced breastfeeding with Baby Milk Formula With DHA, I ordered it
[mod This decision was approved by our pediatrician and the baby liked it, Moderator cut: Deleted there are no chemicals in the composition, which is most important. At first, the baby was capricious, but after several feedings he even stopped looking for his mother's breast.

Nothing is needed except a healthy diet with adequate calories, plenty of clean water, and a relaxed attitude (so help with everything else would be ideal).

This is nothing to worry about before delivery.

Nurse, nurse and nurse some more.. drink plenty of fluids and rest. You could also pump after nursing and freeze what you get.

The baby is 17 so it's been a few years since I did this. I never had problems with supply with any of my three until I got sick with a cold when my baby was already a few moths old. My supply dropped. I took the fenugreek for a few days and my milk supply came back. I smelled like maple syrup for a few days, but it worked out.
