Just make sure you don't say anything that could be considered illegal (like threatening murder or physical harm) and you should be good with the law.

Unfortunately the OP really needs to get the government involved. Either child services directly, or the police (who will just call child services). Your best bet would be to have a meeting with the girl and her mom telling them both what you are about to do, then give them a day to fix the situation, then call the police and wash your hands of the situation.
The police would be more interested in her parents allowing it.

If your boyfriends son is sleeping with a 15 year old girl, can he be labeled as a sex offender? That would depended on the age of consent in your state. Better make sure that birth control is used correctly and often.
All of the adults involved in this need to have a meeting about this girls living situation. And your boyfriend needs to talk to his son about sex with this girl because even if she moves out, they'll probably continue to have sex.

Tell the mother to take the girl home. Tell the girl she is no longer welcome, and must go with her mother, right then and there, or you will call the police to take her into custody and place her in foster care. And if she still won't go with the mother, call the police and explain that there is an abandoned child at your home, and that they need to come with a social worker to pick her up immediately.

A minor cannot establish a tenancy by squatting, the way that an adult can.

Why are you even asking? The answer is obvious. Call the police, who will bring out CPS.
