Ok a friend had asked if her daughter could stay here until she had a place to stay. Well five months later she is still here, her mom came here to tell her she need to come with her and be with her family, well she refused, problem is she is mouthy disrespectful will not follow rules and when you try to talk to her she just starts yelling and screaming and punching things. She is always yell at her mom, getting her kicked out of all the places they stay at. Well i want her out of here she isnt my problem she is her moms. I have two teens of my own and my boyfriend also has a teen son, well his son has grown an interest in her and now she is sleeping in his bed with her, I want to know the law when it comes to all of this and how i can have her removed from here and be ominous, because i dont want anyone knowing i was the one who turned her in. But i cant take anymore of her. Dont get me wrong i have always loved kids, but this one has made me completely dislike her.
If you dont get her out of there soon, your problem will be growing bigger as nine months progress, if it is not too late already. Pack her stuff, put it on the front porch, lock the door call her mother and call the police. If she is sleeping with your "stepson" anonymous wont matter anyway.

Yes, be ominous! Scare her into leaving. Anytime the girl is around just start talking all dark and foreboding. Let her know what will happen if she doesn't leave. Make sure you use a creepy voice as well. Then hopefully she will leave on her own, not wanting to be around the crazy person, and you won't have to turn her in. Just make sure you don't say anything that could be considered illegal (like threatening murder or physical harm) and you should be good with the law.

Oh well, if it is real call cps and let them know you no longer have a place for her and her mom won't take her back (even if she just can't) and she will be an abandoned minor and have to go through that process. Or they might arrest her and take her home. And file for a restraining order.
Better get her out soon or she will probably end up pregnant and then she'll never leave. It is very easy. Say you have one week to get out or else the police will be called.
