Is it a shame he froze to death? YES, Of course.

But is it also no one's fault but his OWN for becoming a sex offender in the first place?? YUP!!!

I actually agree with you on this one. People get way too hysterical about this stuff. The database exists for a good purpose but sometimes people use it in the wrong ways like to target these people. For all we know, the offenses occurred a long time ago. For all we know, they were 22 and slept with a 17 year old. For all we know, they aren't pedophiles, or rapists. Buck up people, you and your children aren't personally being targeted by these people, let them continue on with their lives.

You can clearly see what and when they were convicted (not accused) of their crime. And how do you know they won't re-offend? As an adult survivor of molestation, I KNOW that most crimes go unreported. These are just the reported ones which resulted in a conviction. You can never be too careful with your kids. I don't care how "innocent" these criminals are now. It's something they'll just have to deal with for the REST of their lives - like their INNOCENT VICTIMS will!!! Brother!
