Wow that stinks about Wendt's
I stopped by the Tasty Freeze about 2 weeks ago and saw they had their menu and prices up but still some construction stuff laying around. It was hard to see the menu prices but could make out some of the food items. It does seem to be taking forever for it to open. Still nervous about it as I haven't heard many positive things on the owner.
I'm excited for Marzoni's! I'm a big fan of pizza and subs. Always welcome new places to try.

Is the owner of the Twisty Freeze the same one that had it when they were at the old location? Its taking them so long to open that they resealed the driveway and painted the lines again after they did it for the first time over a year ago. They must not need the $$ if its taking this long to open! I think we will have the bypass before this place ever opens!

While I'm sorry to see Wendt's go out, they are a place that caters heavily to regulars and locals. The last time we were in there they were extremely rude to us. That was over a year ago. We haven't been back. I just wonder how many others have experience the same thing.

We've never had a problem, but we're regulars and locals so they know us pretty well when we go in. Occasionally there's someone new working who doesn't know us, but they've never been rude. Sorry you had a bad experience there. Something like that can certainly ruin your meal.
