hi everyone
i am looking into Lancaster city and need some info. i am sick of living in the suburbs and having a cookie cutter house and having to drive everywhere.
i would love to step out of the house, walk to a coffee shop, a market, a shop etc.
we also have a child so near by parks to play in and possibly a small yard would be good. schools are obviously important. i am also looking for at least one parking space.

i dont care how old the house is, and diversity is great as long as people have similar ideas of what life should be :ie, drug dealing is not a career and that all we want is a nice place for our kids to grow up....
does Lancaster sound like what i am looking for?

the highest we could spend on a house would be around $160k
which areas should i look in? which zipcodes?
thanks

Lancaster, Morgan town, Blueball, and a bit further Skipback is very nice. Blue Bell isn't bad either.
