Pensacola is one of the poorest cities in Florida.

Not really relevant to the OP's initial question nor to this thread. I'm not going to discuss this with you. I mentioned my political orientation solely to make the point that this is an accepting and inclusive area. That's it. If you want to argue politics, there is a Politics forum on C-D.

Default Tampa looks run down too my friend

I would say that Tampa is pretty run down too. IMO
