A Deborah F Miller, DOB 4/30/1954, married a Henry M Zoch Jr in Texas. It appears that they've since divorced, but possibly Henry can confirm if this is your sister and maybe provide a lead. Found 2 different addresses/phone #'s for him.
There's also a possibility that her last name is now Boudreau as a Deborah F Boudreau also shows with the same date of birth and an associated name of Zoch.

The curent and previous owner at Patti Lane above is not a Zoch.
There is no Zoch Lane in Giddings, Tx.
There are 3 different Corinths in NY.
I'm not clear why there are so many different Doborah Faye's born in Texas on the exact same birthdate, or the comments here are conflicting and confusing.
The 3 addresses above can be eliminated per my searches.

*Page 3 of 5 shows the Zoch's at PO Box 80834, Balch Springs.
At one point Deborah and Henry had a business named Zocart at that site. They sold pottery,ceramics and various artwork.

Larry Johnson paid the 2011 taxes and the person living there was Misty Payne. (that was my interpetation of the records)
Maybe Larry is renting the housing to Misty Payne, or they are married and the house is in her name.
Or Larry is renting to the couple of Henry Zoch and M. Payne and the house is in her name and not Zoch.
From that PDF file, it shows Misty Payne as the owner the whole time.
It shows Henry and Deborah on page 3, but I see no date. So, it seems they lived there for maybe 1 year.
I have information that Henry and Deborah were located at a specific address back in 1991.
So, clearly they were married back then in 1980-1991 based on what I have found. I'm waiting to hear from the Op.

So, Payne would have transferred the property or taxes to Zoch.

Now, If I can find a way to get contact information on one of them, then maybe I can confirm if this is the Deborah Miller that I am in search for.

What was the date of the marriage?
The date of the divorce?
That can tell us the ages of the kids.
Luckily 3 are males and their last name has not changed.
We have to assume Christina is no longer a Zoch.
I have found records that confirm that Deborah and Zoch lived at XXX location from 1980 to 1991.
The pottery business was founded in 1999 and the phone number is not valid. If it closed in 2000, for example, then the data is very obsolete.
The date of the divorce may be (not sure based on other searchers) the last known date that is known to be accurate.
Ex: They divorced in 1993, then we have nothing more current than that.
If you have the divorce date and marriage date then the ages of the kids can aid the searching.
If she remarried, then that adds another stop sign to go around.
Like I said, I show them at an address as of 1991, which would make her age 37 at the time. (1991 - 1954)
If her first child was born when she was, for example only, 18, then her first born would have been age 19 in 1991, or age 40 now, and the other 3 kids younger than that.

A closer look at the tax records shows there was only one year in which the taxes were $1322.15. That was the year when Deborah and Henry are shown associated with that address. The year in which that amount of taxes was paid, was 2008. (see page 2 of the 5 pages)
Possibly they moved out, in 2008-2009. (??)
That would imply the post office box number was also good, as recent as 2008.
Me personally, I have had a post office box for 30 years.
So, the post office box might still be an address for Mr. Zoch and/or Deborah.
