Patricia never married, her last name was Galvin. James is a Galvin also, brother of Patricia. I have been in contact with James a few times. Diane Jerome is Leary of contact with strangers so I understand why you can't reach her. I sent her a letter explaining who I am and how we are related and I believe she will talk to me now, according to James, her brother. I am also in contact with Roxann, one of Edward's daughters. None of the above mentioned living person's have ever met Mildred or know her whereabouts.

Mrs. Jerome is Jenney's granddaughter. Pursue conversations with her.
I am communicating with someone who lived in Windham, N.Y. in the years around 1960. Nothing yet and I'm not sure what they might find but they are familiar with the Villa.
I did hear back and they say that the Windham History Center is already working on the matter but no results. If Nannette and Mildred both left around the same time and Mildred was not seen after that then they say someone should report Mildred as a missing person and use New York City 1960. They might be able to take the name and birth date and come up with something whether she was a missing person or not.

Basically, her social gets run to see if it's been used. Mr Skin should be able to go to his local office to find out on his own.

Based on what you know where was your mother in 1946?
High school maybe and the name of that high school.
My best guess would be she was living somewhere in Waterbury, CT. No idea where. She and my Dad married in early 1947 (February), which would indicate to me that they most likely dated in 1946 as my Dad was discharged I believe in March of 1946. She was 20 in 1948 which puts her at 18 in 1946. I know that her sister Catherine graduated from Crosby High School in Waterbury. Mildred's name shows up at Wilby High school, but I believe that happened when I began searching for her and entered her name as an alumni by accident.
Waterbury high schools were, Crosby, Croft, Wilby, Scared Heart and I may have missed one. JFK high school was not built until early 1960's.
