Hi, I've lost touch with my friend Laurie Crane from Hudson Ohio. We were in the same dorm at Kent State and kept in touch via old fashioned letters for all these years. Her husband is Bob Crane. I don't think she's on FB. The last letter I got from her was a year or 2 ago when she said she fell, and I hope she's okay. She had the number for years that ends in 3813, but I didn't want to disturb her in case she's sick. So I thought of writing to Bob at the Hudson address, or trying to find her brother Ernie, who I think is an attorney. Anyway, I know she would appreciate hearing from me. Any clues or advice would be great. Thanks!

She's on WhitePages.com, a free people finder.

Her name appears to actually be Laura, not Laurie.

I'm not quite sure what you were looking for - it sounds like you have her phone number and address? Anyway, both of those are on her listing.

Yes, that's her real name. I was looking for her current address, but it looks like it's the one in Hudson... I didn't want to bother her if she's sick, so I'm wondering if it's proper to try and reach her husband, since I don't know him very well?

I can't tell what you want to do.

But if I were you, I'd send a card to her, reaching out and put your phone number in it. It's hard to believe that would bother her, no matter how sick she might be - although it's not clear why you think she's sick.

Consider sending a "Missing You" style card, not a "Get Well" card. Or a "blank" card with a written message from you.

Good ideas, everyone. I found a number that looked like Bob's cell number so I texted him, but I never heard back. I'll just have to send a card and see what happens. Thx
