Any other ideas. With my age (25)...With only a few credit cards. My options seem limited however, I am open to ANY IDEA. I obviously own no home altho I do own a car which I just recently paid off...And yes I need my car...Help mee!

Personal loan, family, friends however, if family and friends are smart they won't loan money to family or friends.
How long have you known you needed that much money by September? Do you have no job,one job, two jobs? You should have planned well before August to have this money put back.
Including open credit cards, you only have 2,400 of the 30,000? You could try a combination of selling everything you own plus payday loans, but you'd have to have a lot of valuable stuff.
You don't have enough time to sell a kidney on the black market. Unless you have rich relatives or date for money, I think you're out of luck.

My question would be WHY? How can a 25 year old with no home and few credit cards need $30K in just a few weeks?
If you had more time, I'd say get another job and save every dime.
