Oil is trading for about $82/barrel today despite talk from OPEC about production cuts.

While gas/oil gets cheaper and cheaper I just hope people don't forgot about alternative energies.

Man you guys are lucky. Here in Illinois we are still paying $3.70. Then again, we do have the highest gas prices in the nation.

State taxes and the cost of the land the station sits on are some of the big drivers of the additional costs. (Also state specific gas guidelines but those aren't widespread)

Just filled up for $2.68/gal in central ok. Last week it was over $3.10.

The thinking I heard today from some of the finance talking heads is oil down to $40 and possibly $20 a BBL. We'll see..

I'm in Central TX and it's been going down quite a bit today. Last I checked it was $2.97 per gallon.

Saw it just over $3/gal in Idaho and Eastern WA today...but just a couple cents over...back home in Sagle/Sandpoint it's still $3.24/gal. We're always $.15-.20 higher than Coeur d'Alene...
