While I love birds I just cannot bring myself to keep one indoors caged. So, I just keep putting up more birdhouses and more feeders so I can enjoy the wild ones.
Our adorable but larger poms, one is so dang cute looking, just like a fox, he is built no lie like a husky all muscle. He is a shelter pet, who would of thought does tricks. He turns himself around to music, no lie soooooooooooo adorable. He does all sort of tricks, once he was out of the shelter, i guess he thought it was time to impress, and impress us he has. We have had cats, dogs, lizards, snakes, frogs, fish, rabbits, i can go on but love my dogs. They are family memebers.
They're only in during the winter, or cold spring / fall nights, but I love having our torties in the house. They can destroy the walls if they get bored, move the furniture as they doze through the rooms, but I still love having them in here. They hate it..........but I'm happy.
I would LOVE to have a mountain lion!...but that only happens in my wildest dreams
Dogs are my faves as pets, with cats coming in very close! I am active and love to take dogs for walks, runs, on trails, hiking, in car rides and road trips. They can also be so useful when trained, like police dogs, scent trackers, assistance dogs, hunting purposes, retrieving, etc. They are amazing.
I also love cats because they are so different than dogs. They show their love in different ways like rubbing against your leg, meowing softly, purring when greeting you, sitting quietly next to you while you watch tv or something else, teaching them tricks, playing with the laser. I bought a small harness for our one cat and took him outside on the porch, he loved it.
They are so different, but so unique in their own way. I will always love both Birds are very pretty also, but can be a tad loud for me. I love when birds will let you hold them on your arm/finger!
Thanks for letting me go on and on...
