Thanks newmarlig...I will go check it out..We are definitely considering Jersey..I used to live in the Marlton area...We are actually looking in Gloucester county...taxes are high..but I can get more house for the $$..

ha Tone..my husband is in parking..so he should be ok in that respect..we are looking for suburbs..have kids and pets..and just need a nice quiet neighborhood! Thanks so much

Chester Springs/Downingtown will be an hour +. You'll have to get through the first wave- the Conshocken/KOP traffic quagmire and then it really gets bad as you head towards Center City. That being said Chester Springs/ Downington is an excellent area if you can deal with the commute.
