Yet another announcement of the W Hotel to be built at 15th and Chestnut:
Plans for two hotels at 15th & Chestnut taking shape . I wonder when they will stop issuing press releases (
"Hey! We're building a hotel!" ) and just start building it.

Last I heard from Mr. Lenfest the project was set to break ground in September. I don't know if these are still the plans or not.

Thanks for getting back with us. I saw no date in the article, which I would have expected, given September starts next week. Hope your info is correct. It would be nice to see that spot in the heart of CC filled with a project as nice as this one appears to be.
