Hello Everyone,

I am moving to Philadelphia in June for an Internship at SAP America. I don't have a car so would want to live at a place from where public commute is easy. My office is on Route 3 (19073) so I am planning to live somewhere near this route.

I did my homework and searched for various apartments. I liked Goshen Terrace and Goshen Manor but the problem is that they are a little over my budget . Has anyone here heard about these two apartments? Do I have any alternatives to these, which are near to them and are less expensive? I am open to live in any apartment which are near route 3 and are decent (not necessarily the best). Commute distance from Bus up to 40-60 mins is OK.

I will highly appreciate if someone can help me.

Thanks

What is your budget? Only 104 and 120 really stop at SAP and they both more less take the same route from 69th station towards west chester.

I would suggest looking east on route 3 and taking 104 or 120.

According to google directions w/ public transport, you could live in center city and make it to SAP in 60 minutes.

Thanks a lot for the pointers. The Apartments look good on the Internet.

Has anyone, here, lived in either of these Apartments? Or knows about these apartment. Any reviews would be highly appreciated.

My Concerns: Safety, Cleanliness.

And I know Best and inexpensive don't go hand in hand. But I hope I can best with whatever I can spend.

I think you'd have a better experience the other direction. West Chester way.

Keep looking around the West Chester area imo
