Hi!
I am planning to move to Philadelphia with my family (wife and 16 y/o daughter).
I looked on internet and have found 2 potential apartments:
Station Walk Apartments, 13659 Philmont Ave. Philadelphia 19116 and
Park Chase Apartments, 8118 Verree Rd, Philadelphia 19111.
I would like if someone can tell me how safe are areas where apartments are located?
I have read that Philadelphia is pretty much segregated and would like to know about areas around apartments (if there is mix of people or if areas are predominantly black or white).?

Thank you!
Marko

Both areas are pretty good.. I would say that Park Chase is a bit nicer and safer though..

Both locations are pretty safe. And I would say that both areas are predominantly white but are becoming more diverse. The area around the Fox Chase train station is very nice, small but nice.
