If you look at from a different angle.

The Philadelphia area is massive compared to Pittsburgh, and I definitely think the location of the highest earning jobs has always been a factor that has slowed Philadelphia's growth.

A majority of the areas largest companies are in the King of Prussia/Delaware County/Chester County areas. You have rich people which equates to the best townships, best schools, best safety, best dining/shopping/recreation etc.

Attracting more jobs equates to more well off people in the city. It is also unlikely that any of the large companies would move to CC from the PA side, SJ more likely. Instead of trying to lure from the suburbs the city should be luring from other metros like NYC, DC, Boston even Pittsburgh haha.

I meant companies from the Delaware Valley. They are all quite content in Radnor, Newtown Square, KoP etc
