We did our first house scouting trip this past week and there were several houses we saw in the Treddyfrin school district (Treyburn neighborhood) that were a short drive to the King of Prussia town center. My preference would be to move to the more walkable areas of downtown Wayne but my husband needs to have quick access to the PA Turnpike to go to Harrisburg and other areas in that vicinity a few times a week. Can anyone tell me specifically about this area of Wayne? Thank you.

Very rural like. Just residences around. You're nearby office complexes off of Old Eagle School Rd. and such. Expensive to live in probably.

I am guessing your housing budget is high, since Treyburn is very community.

There is another community called Whitegate, but the same builder (Bentley Homes), about 5 minutes from the mall and town center, but you would never know it!

That section of Wayne is very leafy, nice neighborhoods with larger plots of land. Lancaster Ave (Route 30) is where the more walkable areas are, so 10 minute drive from the neighborhood I pointed out. There is also the new town center that you mentioned, its as walkable as a modern town center can be, not bad actually.

That section of Wayne is Upper Merion schools, which are very good.
