Hello everyone! I live in Northeast Philly and am trying to find a rental hall, etc... to have my husbands birthday party at. I would like a place where we could bring in our own food, alcoholic drinks, and DJ. The place does not have to be near Northeast Philly as our family and friends live all around Philadelphia. Firehouseses, Lodges etc... just want a nice inexpensive place with tables and chairs I can do the rest

5 people looking for a rental hall and over 10,000 views but not one reply? Step your game up promoters haha.

This is an inexpensive hall in Mt Airy across from the Carpenter Lane Train Station and with a parking garage. They allow you to bring your own food and dj but not alcohol. There are 4 bars.

Parties/receptions/weddings/etc from 25-550 guests. Don't quote me but I believe prices range from $250-$500.

Smile For Events

There is a huge beautiful campus at the border of Chestnut Hill and Germantown in Philadelphia. There is 41 Acres of green space.

It is called New Covenant Church campus. They have rental spaces which I have used on several occasions. There is an elevator, plenty of parking and everyone was so nice there. You can even have an outdoor event. I've seen weddings, reunions and even kid parties happen on the grounds. It is well manicured and quiet. There are a few private schools and senior apts. there. Super quiet there.

I wasn't jumping up and down about how elaborate the decor was at first but it ended up looking super BEAUTIFUL by the time I got finished with it. You didn't even know where you were. Easily transforms!

I use their facility as often as my clients allow because it was so inexpensive for the room rentals. My next rental will be in August and we are using two rooms at the same time. One room will be for the band, dancing, mingling and finger foods and the other room will be used for dinner.

Both are perfect for small gatherings. The main room can hold I guess 100+ people seated and the other about 80 or so but there are 2 of the smaller rooms.

There's a hall that would allow you to bring your own food and alcohol. Use of the kitchen. Six hours include time to decorate $755..00 unity hall 1349 Unity st. 215 288 4291. Not sure if you want to pay that price, but the place is nice.

I am looking for a rental hall ( or large room) in Philadelphia, for about 30 people for a baby shower. We would like to bring in our own food. Does anyone know of a church hall or fire hall in town?
