Anyone in the Sun City area have Cox for all three: landline phone; internet service; and television? You can save alot buying one of their "bundles."

Has anyone who knows this specific area had any problem with Cox at all?

Not in Sun City, but I have Cox - FYI, that "$10" land line ends up costing closer to $20 with taxes and fees.

We live near I-17 and Carefree Highway, so not exactly in the part of town you referenced but thought I'd share my experience anyway.

I don't have my research in front of me, but when I compared the total cost between Qwest and Cox last year, Cox came out slightly ahead overall. We rarely use our land line, but cable service with two CableCards for our Tivo Series 3 and our Internet connection have been rock solid. Cox did some upgrades on the fiber in the ground earlier this year and they either sent me an e-mail or snail mail letter letting me know the connection would be down for a little late one night.

For my comparison purposes, I used one of Cox's faster Internet speeds as I need a faster upload speed since I work from home full time.

When I land in the PHX metro in a month, I'm thinking of going with DirecTV because my AAA membership gives me a $200 discount.

Some friends of mine in the area who have Cox and have had it for years have never complained.
