Thanks for the clarifications. It sounds like a bad school, no question. But there are hundreds of schools in the state. You got a bad one, I have a good one. I don't think either of us has enough data to form an opinion on the entire state.

Thank you all so much for your input. You have all given me lots to think about. I am looking forward to a new start in a warm place and hope that AZ will be the right fit. I love Cali and would love to be there again but the state is in to much of a mess. I lived in NV for 5 years and couldn't wait to leave. Idaho is beautiful in many ways its just the winters I don't care for. Hopefully AZ can be a combination of all the good things from where I have lived before.
Thanks again and I may be asking more questions if you don't mind.

Just moved to Boise...glad to leave the East valley. Every morning when I went out to my car, I was surprised to see it still there. BTW, Take a good look at prescott. What a great town that is.

This is worrisome. Why didn't you like NV? Not much difference between NV and AZ really.

Thank you all for the info! I truly appreciate all of it. If anyone can give me more on Mesa & Gilbert I would be grateful. AZ sounds great and yes those summer are going to be rough compaired to Boise. I had lived in the Mojave Desert where it could be really bad but I don't know how it compares to AZ.
Keep the info coming!!
Thank you so much

It was the lifestyle that NV has not the area. I didn't feel that NV was a good place to raise my kids. 24 hour everything was not my style.
