You'll be able to hear planes sometimes in that area. It's inevitable since you're relatively close to the airport. But you could also hear planes "far out there" as well.

I like how people use the words luxury and apartments together. It's like putting ghetto fabulous together.

I live in 85201 and I see every jet fly overhead every single hour. It's not loud like a train going by your window or the breaking of a glass cup. You hear it, but if you have a computer or TV, they will phase out the airplane noise. Even sleeping with the ceiling fan on phases out the airplane noise.
