We spent most of last week on a vacation to SoCal...Anaheim and San Diego mostly. While we did have a nice time, by about Friday I found myself longing for the sun, heat (100 degrees plus temps and all) and 85 degree pool water of my backyard. After enduring the Cali traffic for about the third time, my wife and I agreed we couldn't wait to get back to AZ. We got back too late to jump in the pool last night, but I plan to hit it as soon as I get home this afternoon. I now know June isn't the best month to visit Orange County due to the "June Gloom" which is a very appropriate name.

Well I just got back from the Anaheim area and Huntington Beach yesterday and wish I could've stayed until October.
Mid to high 70's during the day and 64 at night with some fog? OMG wonderful!
The ocean was a bit cold but the dog didn't mind!
Unfortunately the whacko government and congestion has made it impossible for me to return to the state of my birth and keep what little sanity I have left.

70s isn't bad when its sunny but when it's cloudy it's chilly! But you are right, the congestion was awful.
