Very safe and nice area. The apartments are right around the corner from Intel. Very convenient location as well.

Spot on advice, assuming you are working nearby and don't have to commute to downtown Phoenix or North Scottsdale.

You're good to go, then. I envy your easy access to Sprouts, Lee-Lee Asian Market and, particularly, Lee Sandwiches. The banh mi sandwiches at Lee's (grilled pork) are wonderful and inexpensive.

Good luck!

The OP picked a very specific apartment complex. That tells me they plan to work nearby.

I was mentioning convenience from the standpoint of easy access to the I-10, Loop 101, Loop 202, Chandler Fashion Mall, etc, etc.

Go to Yelp and apartmentratings.com. You will find what you are looking for

I'm surprised you haven't heard of those sites

The sites that are solely for apartment ratings tend to attract people with some personal axe to grind who enjoy posting anonymous complaints. Keep that in mind as you review. I don't know anything about that complex, but the area is just fine.

Just drove through there a few hours ago actually. You're close to a ton of conveniences, and if I lived there I'd be a regular at Zoyo. It's very ... yellow .... there. But looks nice and was quiet when we went through.
