when I travel to L.A. I fill up here in Phoenix and don't have to fill up again till I make it to about Indio,CA Not Bad at all actually. Sad thing is, they discontinued my car.
it only was manufactured from 2011 to 2014.
because Most americans would rather drive around in Whale sized vehicles.
and spend outrageous amounts on fuel.
I just can't figure out that mentality.

JaredC: Bravo! That was a good move with the chair in the lane.
But you know that stupid moron probably didn't learn anything from that lesson.

Im still here because those countries are smart enough to keep there borders closed and immigration to a limit.
Not Like our country, that let's 1,000's of unattended children invade our country.
I would love to live in Canada or Europe.
In fact I called "Emmigration Canada" back in the 1980's when I was in my 20's to move up there and was told the chance of that would be pretty slim to none.
We seriously need to learn from them.
So we can have a more Just and fair society.
Yep. Lets go Euro. The average cost of a house in London will top 1.2 million in the near future. The young middle class will not be able to live the European dream it seems. You call that fair and just? You go live there if you are tired of the "why are you still here?" I have a question....why do people still come here by the masses if it is so uncomfortable for folks like you?
I do agree with you...we should have shut the border decades ago and cut off visas.

But why not go to Canada? It is a fairly easy place to move to...oh,,,probably the cost of living.

Oh. We own a 1964 1/2 Mustang that has a sinfully huge engine and goes like hell on wheels....gets 16 mpg. Does that make us bad people? We don't drive it but to keep it in good shape. Just a part of history.

Agreed. And I have cars with giant engines but I don't drive like an idiot - flooring it and then screeching to a stop.

The engine sizes aren't your problem. It's the idiot drivers.

Not sure which perspective you are talking about (if you're the person on the freeway, or you're the person on the onramp merging on), but it is really annoying when some idiot at the head of the traffic coming down the onramp to merge on to the freeway is driving like a bat out of hell, racing to get ahead of you when you are in the far right lane. Most people either don't realize or don't care that in most places, traffic merging on to the freeway YIELDS to the traffic already on the freeway.

But why get stuck behind some slowpoke if you can safely merge in front of the car in the right lane? If you're puttering along in the right lane and I'm merging on going at or just above the speed limit, you better believe I'm getting in front if you, if safe distance allows.

And people shouldn't be driving in the far right lane for miles and miles if they have no plan to exit the freeway for miles and miles.

Yes there are slow people in the right lane. If getting ahead of them is safe when merging, that's fine. But this isn't the case 100% of the time. There are plenty of times where the right lane is going at the same flow as the rest of the lanes, so 5-10 over. Meaning, there is someone trying like hell to go 15-20 over just so they can be "me me me first first first". Those are the situations I'm talking about.
