I've been wanting to hike this peak, but because of access issues (I have a small car) I have not been able to hike it yet.

I was wondering is there a website (or someone on here) that I can go to where people can match up to hike peaks like this? Of course I would be willing to chip in for gas etc. I know meetup.com is an option, but I'm specifically looking for someone to go along for this hike.

You might try the Arizona Trailblazers Club. I'm no longer active due to time constraints, but I enjoyed some good, rigorous hikes with them in the past.

better known as Four Peaks to most Phoenicians.....

you can also do some research at hikearizona dot com.....

I'd look for a hiking-oriented meetup to join and just watch its upcoming offerings.....

I was up there by myself last week. Amazing views. Send me a direct message....I'd be willing to go again and drive...I have a 4x4...the roads were pretty rough getting up there...lots of washed out areas from rain.

Also, check out the Arizona Hiking Group on facebook....it's a great group of people and it seems like someone is always looking for a hiking partner.

I second HAZ. I've done the whole four peaks traverse a few times. It's a serious hike and there is a ton of loose rock on the route up. Would recommend doing it with a small group rather than a Meetup. I saw a Meetup group one time on Brown's Peak and it wasn't pretty. Too may people, people who had no business trying to climb it, it didn't look fun.

There is an Arizona Hiking page on Facebook as well.
