Has anybody used any assistance programs to buy a house in the east valley? I'm not a vet so no va assistance.

Any help appreciated

Also, they have income limits if I understand right, what happens if you get a better job, get married etc?

There are FHA programs for first time buyers with down payment assistance. Actually, there is a conventional loan program as well.

Here is some information on two of the most popular programs. You will have to attend a seminar and qualify for the program.

Neither program is perfect, but it does work for some buyers. The key is a good lender that knows the program and how to get these loans closed. Feel free to DM me for a lender referral.
