Another thing is that NOT ALL products sold on Amazon are eligible for Prime, so even if you have it, it's not 100%.
I often get Prime items in 1 day, and some even same-day. I presume Amazon prioritizes certain ZIP codes over others, likely those with a higher concentration of Prime members.

I have Prime and I usually get deliveries in 1-2 days as well. But delivery times run the gambit. I've seen some products take a couple of days just to be shipped, so it's not the shipping time that is the only factor.

I also just ordered some vitamins, for which Amazon was the seller, that took 4 days. It was shipped the 2nd day from Aurora, Colorado to Phoenix, went to Glendale on day 3, then to Chandler & Gilbert on day 4. And I live in Gilbert, so I seriously doubt that QC where you live has more Prime members than here.

Today I just received a desk chairmat I ordered on 4/20, shipped rolled in a larger box that took 5 days, shipped from Illinois.

My point is still that there is no easy answer to the OP's question, because each product is unique as to where it is warehoused, the shipping route details, Amazon delivery hubs, etc. I don't agree that they prioritize certain ZIPs. I think it is more multifaceted.
