So be honest, is this strictly an over-55 section, like Sun City?

I went through Westbrook - seems to be kept up pretty good. Didn't notice any young people there though. Noticed there's an older section and a newer phase. Older section looks pretty grassy and shady.

Looks like a good place to live, but what's the price of Homes going for in Westbrook?

Nope, it's not strictly 55+, they have sections that are 40+. Actually, the pic above with the car is supposed to be 40+. I remember wanting to buy one a few years ago (I used to live right across 83rd ave from there). It's a pretty nice area to live.

I know that Trilogy in Vistancia has to allow a certain percentage of under 50 residents, and I believe it is 20%. There are several couples living over there who are in their 40's. It is a beautiful development located in north Peoria.
