I have searched and searched with no luck.

Im moving to Goodyear and have been offered 3 jobs and am confused by the "actual" commute time.

Downtown? Tempe? Scottsdale?

Which of these would offer the shortest commute time as I don't want to live in my minivan?

Im very set on living in Goodyear so another location wouldn't be an option.

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You could have just checked google maps or mapquest?

Goodyear to Downtown: 23 Miles - 30 Minutes
Goodyear to Tempe: 33 Miles - 40 Minutes
Goodyear to Scottsdale: 40 Miles - 40 Minute

Add 10-30 minutes for rushour.

Well since you are set enjoy living in your car Over an hour each way especially during rush hour. Much nicer areas in the easy valley with much shorter commute time.

I live in Goodyear and my husband works downtown - depending on the time he leaves, it takes him between 30-45 (20-25 minutes if there is no traffic because he's on the road before rush hour). I used to work in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area (32nd Street and Camelback) and it was 45-60 minutes depending on the day. I think it'll depend where in Scottsdale and Tempe... Downtown is definitely your best bet though... And in any case, be prepared to spend commute time both in the morning and evening with the sun in your eyes...

Well I live in Avondale and work on 44th St & the 202. I leave home @ 5:30am and can make it to work on time (with a few minutes to spare) by 6:00. No I don't drive like a speed demon I'm just lucky enough to start work before the MAJOR rush hour begins. So in answer to your question... it all depends on what time you need to be at work and where work is. I would say no less than 30-60 minutes. Again it all depends on the time and of course the route you decide to take.

Where are you relocating from? I wish I had three job offers. My husband and I are wanting to relocate to the area as well but looking for jobs. The commute seems bad no matter where you live.
