Hi,
Does anyone out there know of any good sublets in Scottsdale or the area for the months of July and August?
Thinking about staying for the summer only if I can get a good deal.
Thanks for your help!
-Paul

You might try checking vrbo.com for short term rentals...you might find a good deal during the hot season in Scottsdale. If there's a huge empty chunk on a specific property's rental calendar, you can often negotiate down from the quoted rate as well.

Good luck!

You should have an easy time finding something. We lived in the Kierland Greens condos (awesome location, on the Westin resort's golf course and a short walk to the resort and Kierland Commons shopping), and most of the condos were vacation rentals and vacant for the summer. I'm sure you can find one there or in a similar area really cheap.
