anywhere other than the Fiesta Bowl to view New Years Eve fireworks??

Do you mean the Block Party? The game doesn't have fireworks, and it's not on New Year's Eve.

There's also fireworks at Scottsdale's New Year's eve party, which is also a ticketed event. There may also be fireworks at Fort McDowell Casino, and maybe at Wild Horse Pass as well. You could check with them. Generally, there are more fireworks displays on the 4th than on New Year's, and there are less of those than there used to be. That's why I stay home and watch all the fireworks on TV, same as on the 4th.

Tempe Town Lake is the probably has the biggest display in the entire valley. There's a huge party along the waterfront district compelte with live news coverage and I'm sure cpncerts. All the shopping on Mill Avenue will keep you busy until the **** strikes 12.
