We are interested in buying a newer condo within walking distance of a Spring training site. Preferably (but not for sure) one of the ball parks that 2 teams share like Surprise or Camelback or the new one on the east side being built.

If anyone has a name of a development that they are aware of let me know, Google or MLS searches don't seem to be very effective.

Thanks

You need to post more information.

How far is walking distance? Many stadiums have properties within 1 mile.

What is your price range? They range from $35K to $350K.

How big? 500 sq ft to 1800 sq ft.

What is newer? 1980 to 2002.

Other factors may apply such as availability of financing, size of complex, single story/2 story, gated/not gated, etc.

Go to Homes for Sale, MLS Listings Search, Real Estate Agents -- Zip Realty

Do a home search using the interactive map and zero in on the area surrounding the ballpark. You can narrow the search by type of housing, price, etc.

There are quite a few homes for sale around Surprise Stadium as well as the new Camelback Stadium but not too many condos from what I saw.

Good Luck!

Thank for the replies,
AZJoeD, walking distance would be 1 mile or so (or less), Price range from 150-250K, size at least 2 bedroom, 2 bath ( so two couples could easily stay there) Newer would be built since 2000 or so. Financing not an issue, 1 level preferably.

Thanks
