Just passing on some info to other players isn’t against the rules.
It’s the 2nd part of a tie tack pin ~ you put the front part into the tie and when the pin sticks through the tie you add this little thingie to keep the pin from sticking you. Or if not a “tie tack” thingie,,,,,,, how about a lapel pin thingie?
