This is one of your common tricks you continually do. Show me where I said, I am the only person in the world that knows about investments. You can't. You know why? I only said you can't tell me about investments. I have read enough of your posts to be certain of that. When you try and quote someone do it accurately instead of silly little tricks.

Taxes in Pittsburgh are extremely high which in turn hurts investment in real estate. As anyone moving here from almost anywhere else and they are always in disbelief when I show them the taxes they probably will pay after they buy a home for a certain amount. That reminds me, how many posts have been made here with people asking how to fight school districts when they take them to court because they just purchased a home for X amount of dollars? I remember your wonderful advice on a thread before that taxes are not done that way and you don't need to worry about what you pay for a home because the assessed values are from '02. If that is the case in real life, why are the school districts taking them to court? Your advice was not only very poor, it was dangerous considering what may happen if the new buyers cannot make up the difference after the school district gets done with them in court. I suggest you stick to what you know best and just post articles via links about Pittsburgh. That is your highest and best use. Please don't give advice about things you don't understand. Seriously, it really isn't a kind thing to do.

Dude, please. This is an internet message board. This sentence could be directed to nearly everyone who has ever posted to such a board. Including me. And especially including you. Your exaggerated "advice" and opinions which may work from your perspective are entirely over the top for most average people asking questions on here.

But telling people not to give bad advice on an internet forum is entirely unrealistic. Instead we must rely upon our own selectivity. Assertions that "This is how it is, period" over and over and over again are among the most suspect.

No more fighting, back on topic. Agree to disagree and move on.
