Good - that's a rarity with these things - I'd be curious to know how they found it (& hopefully not because it was stolen then adandoned).

Indeed. Someone on the Bike PGH forum reported that the motorist has turned himself in. If that is the case, it would seem likely that alcohol was involved.

It is rare, considering we are still looking for the vehicle that ran the three doctors down near Washington Blvd nearly a year ago Memorial Day Weekend.

i am guessing that if the perpetrator hadn't turned himself in, they would not have found him.
