..DON'T GO OUT TODAY!!!! I would think this would be common sense, but apparently not. No matter how hard you try, your Mustang will not make it up a steep hill that is a sheet of ice.

I don't have a muscle car, but I DO have snow tires . . . in the back of my car.

I'm awesome.

My only car is a Mustang and I had to go to work. Sorry to offend you.

I wonder if the car I saw in Wilkinsburg last week, a Camaro with the license plate "mlfhntr" will be out.

Also, if you simply don't grasp the core concepts of driving in snow (like maintaining momentum to get up a hill for instance), stay home as well. The southern portion of McKnight road just before you get onto 279 South was a mess for this very reason.

I hate to say it Pittsburghers, but for any number of reasons West Virginians are far superior at navigating the roads in these conditions. Comically better at it even.

I saw a Camaro getting sideways around a turn in Wilkinsburg today (in Regent Square).

I barely made it up Braddock Ave. today with my front wheel drive car.

Was it mlfhntr? That's not going to impress the chicks. Unless they lovingly shake their heads at his adorable naivete and want to comfort him.

So you're only car is one that has virtually zero harsh weather capabilities in a extremely hilly environment that known to get snow up to eight months out of the year. Unless you're in high school then it is probably not the wisest choice of vehicles.

I wonder if it just seems that way because there are fewer congested areas in WV. It only takes a few cars to screw up a road ike McKnight.

I bought the car in FL, long before I knew I'd be moving to Pittsburgh. I don't want car payments right now, but if you'd like to buy me another car I won't object.

But it's made it through 6 winters here so far, so maybe I actually know how to drive?

I do winterize it with snow tires and 4 bags of salt in the trunk though...
