Seems it was a sellout at 39,078, so I suspect most of them were from out of town. Pittsburgh'ers aren't too good with cool temps and sunshine.

Is it okay if I link this thread to the Chicago forum? I think they would be laughing for days. I mean imagine them saying all this tuff about 41 degrees and beautiful sunshine when walking over the Wrigley Field. I gotta send it over there for a kick.

It was a sellout but I'd say lots of people weren't actually there. Even accounting for any number of people not sitting in their upper deck seats, I really can't see how they were all there. Also judging from the outflow of people when the game ended, not really filled to capacity. That is from my personal observation this afternoon.

But it doesn't matter if everyone actually shows up, it's still a sellout. I have to wonder who might have bought a bunch of tickets that went unused. Hard not to be suspicious of it.

I'd say there were 32-35K at the game. When the sun came out it felt like 50-55 but when the clouds rolled in it felt more like 35.

Should the time come when I leave Pittsburgh, the reasons will be:
1. lack of job opportunities in my field
2. PLCB
3. Steelers culture.
