No one ever said that. It is gloomy at least 55% of the year, some years over 60%. A lot of WV has low annual sun.
Comparative Climate Data

Compare it to Detroit in August, which enjoys 68% sun compared to our 56%. Sorry folks, you will see more beautiful sunrises and sunsets in Detroit than here .

You've said it several times. I can dig out the posts if needed, but we all know this is unnecessary ....

And I guess, because you spend most of your life spewing negatives online, you don't realize that clouds add complexity to sunrises/sets, often making them more radiant and reflecting light and color long after the sun goes down. I've seen a lot better sunsets in the last few months from the end of my Squirrel Hill street than I saw for years living in the flat, cloudless eastern WA desert.

But you wouldn't know that, would you? It would involve leaving your keyboard and experiencing the world. I'm sure Detroit sunsets are pretty, but I've never seen one. have you? I bet I know the answer to that ...

As you should know, because so many so called experts claim that our air is "so bad". The sensor where they are taking their data from is right downwind of the coke plant in Clairton, PA. If they took it in Wexford, I'd bet there would be a huge difference.
