I was flipping through the channels and came across Mt. Lebanon vs. Central Catholic. I watched it for a while and gotta say, Mt. Lebanon is one heck of a high school football team. I had no idea how good until I watched them play.

I can't get into it much, but it was nice to watch kids play a bit instead of the political nonsense and drama that comes with the NFL. Nice to just see football even at the high school level.

I will never be a huge fan of the NFL like I used to be. Once they started with all the bs kneeling and looking like fools/chldren I just turned it off. People watch sport to get away from everyday garbage. Why bring it on the field.?

Interesting, as I recall you saying that you didn’t watch football because it and it’s players were dumb and that golf and tennis should get more attention.

As to getting away from the political garbage, players aren’t allowed to have criminals names on the back of their helmets, and there’s a new fangled device called a DVR. There’s also the option to watch it with the sound off. Many ways to simply watch the game.

Is that a real name for a school?
